  • Collaborate with software development and architecture teams to deploy and manage infrastructural systems and applications.
  • Lead initiatives to automate and optimize operations and processes, reducing manual interventions and improving efficiency.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in development, testing, and production environments.
  • Mentor and support the growth of junior DevOps engineers.
  • Coordinate and guide release activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and smooth deployment processes.
  • Produce detailed reports and metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner with Performance Engineering and Documentation teams to enhance the installation and customer experiences.
  • Stay current with the latest industry trends in agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, or related fields, with a demonstrable track record of success.
  • Proficiency with automation and orchestration tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Bash and Python.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.
  • Expertise in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
