About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation. This role is ideal for a technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about driving DevOps maturity across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, including CI/CD, configuration management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud, Terraform, Azure yaml pipelines, and PowerShell. Bash experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with Git, Visual Studio, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Basic Knowledge of coding languages including C#, HTML, and JavaScript
• Basic knowledge of programming practices and procedures
• Basic knowledge of databases (Microsoft SQL Server) and operating systems (Windows)
• Working knowledge of IIS

Nice To Haves

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of observability tools (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure reliable and secure software delivery.
• Lead DevOps strategy and advocate for continuous improvement and automation.
• Manage build and deployment processes across Development, QA, Staging, and Production environments.
• Implement and maintain change management workflows and source control practices.
• Partner with architects to embed operational excellence into system design.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead internal DevOps communities of practice.
• Define and track key DevOps metrics (e.g., deployment frequency, lead time, MTTR).
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and ensure compliance with governance standards.
