Requirements
- Everything in the DevOps/Platform role
- Experience working in regulated environments (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA—any is helpful)
- Strong security hygiene: IAM least privilege, secrets, encryption, auditability
Nice To Haves
- Prior FedRAMP program experience (even partial), SSP/control familiarity, audit support
- Experience with hardened Kubernetes, network policies, container security tooling
Responsibilities
- Implement/maintain compliance-oriented controls and evidence-friendly operations
- Support secure SDLC practices: vulnerability management, image scanning, patching, access controls
- Work closely with security/compliance stakeholders to meet FedRAMP-aligned requirements
