The Senior Development Manager, Corporate Partnerships will join an accomplished Development team to help raise funds that support the work, mission, and bold vision for Grameen America. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Partnerships, the primary role of this position is to manage, engage, and support the expansion of Grameen America's portfolio of corporate donors. This position requires exceptional writing and project management skills, high attention to detail, the ability to learn quickly on the job, and strong interpersonal skills for working with funders and other departments across the organization. The candidate should possess the ability to manage projects independently, set and manage multiple priorities, and take initiative as well as work as part of a highly collaborative development team. The Senior Development Manager will be responsible for managing the grant proposal, application, and reporting process, including proposal writing, budget creation and modification, and impact and financial reporting. The role also involves supporting the management of key corporate prospects, constructing a pipeline of desirable prospects, and developing company-specific approach plans that reflect corporate partners' marketing and business needs, as well as philanthropic and community engagement goals. Collaboration with the Director in pitching and securing new partners is essential, which includes providing support in research, securing meetings, preparing correspondence, developing pitch materials, and prospect stewardship. Additionally, the Senior Development Manager will successfully steward and engage corporate relationships, including planning and executing special events, assisting in site visits, and managing outreach and communication frequency. The role requires close collaboration with various departments within Grameen America to leverage all company assets in an effort to initiate innovative ideas and maximize opportunities to ensure partnership benefits and support are aligned across the organization. The position also involves documenting and maintaining clear and timely records to track corporate benefits packages, donor giving, grant proposal and reporting deadlines, and maintaining an accurate database and corporate benefits matrix. Financial aspects of grants management, including impact data, budget proposals, and reconciliations, will also be part of the responsibilities.
