About The Position
The Tire Development Engineer will be responsible for developing new tire designs that meet optimal performance standards and customer approvals. The position requires travel to manufacturing plants and participation in tire-related organizations, ensuring direct interaction with OEM and internal customers while leading tire development programs with minimal supervision.
