Role summary You will lead the design and development of high-traffic, web and mobile-first applications supporting retail, eCommerce, and small parcel business segments. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and high-performance full stack solutions integrated with enterprise backend systems to drive revenue growth and enhance customer and supplier experiences.

Requirements

7+ years of professional experience in full stack application development.
Strong JavaScript engineering background with solid object-oriented design principles.
Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
Experience designing and developing APIs and web services.
Strong SQL skills, including writing queries and stored procedures.
Proven experience working with high-volume, high-transaction applications.
Experience deploying and managing applications in Microsoft Azure.
Strong understanding of performance, scalability, and security best practices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

Experience with mobile-first or responsive design frameworks.
Familiarity with retail, eCommerce, logistics, or supply chain systems.
Experience integrating with ERP or WMS platforms.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience mentoring or leading development teams.

Responsibilities

Design and develop web and mobile-first applications for eCommerce, order management, and customer-facing platforms.
Build and maintain full stack solutions integrated with ERP, WMS, and enterprise data systems.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance applications for high-volume transactional environments.
Develop and consume APIs and web services to support integrated business workflows.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data access layers.
Ensure applications adhere to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to short- and long-term technical roadmaps.
Perform code reviews and mentor team members to maintain engineering excellence.
Document solution designs, technical decisions, and implementation details.
