About The Position

Atimi is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to fill a position in Vancouver, Canada. This is a fully remote position, we're open for candidates from all provinces. Atimi works with some of the leading companies in North America, providing them with high-quality software solutions that integrate both mobile and web experience. If you are a creative, self-motivated individual with vast user experience working with complex problems, Atimi is the place for You. We are looking for an established leader in the domain with solid experience in software development principles, data engineering, hands-on knowledge of the latest cloud technologies, business intelligence, and soft skills. You work well with colleagues, partners and clients and have excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of experience with Java
• 3+ years of experience with Typescript
• 3+ years of experience with AWS
• 3+ years of relevant experience implementing Workday integrations.
• 6+ years of software development experience
• 1+ years of Workday HR module expertise
• Experience working directly with clients and other project stakeholders to define and refine requirements.
• Strong English skills (written and verbal.)

Responsibilities

• Working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, design and implement the right solution
• Designing and implementing backend solutions with Java, Spring and AWS
• Designing and implementing backend solutions with node.js (nest.js) and Typescript
• Designing and implementing frontend solutions wth Typescript and React
• Designing and implementing new extensions in the Workday Environment
• Preparing business requirement documents, configuration documents and process flows
• Delivering fair outcomes for our customers, ensuring conduct maintains a high level of expertise
• Providing support to other team members and key stakeholders
