About The Position

The Senior Developer will be part of the Contact Center Development team, focusing on the design and implementation of Interactive Voice Recognition and Chat Bot Platforms. This role requires a self-motivated individual with extensive technical expertise in software development, particularly in Java and Spring Boot, to analyze, design, and maintain software applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 6-8 years of in-depth hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building Rest API Services or Microservices.

Nice To Haves

• Familiar with Google Cloud Platform products and services, Contact Center Artificial Intelligence Solution, and machine learning.
• Experience with SOAP Web Services.
• Familiar with Azure DevOps using GIT or similar.
• Familiar with Artificial Intelligence interfaces such as Google Dialog Flow and generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, implement, administer, and maintain voice systems and integrations with software systems.
• Design, develop, and implement custom client/server and web-based applications utilizing Java Spring Boot.
• Monitor services provided by vendors to ensure service levels meet requirements.
• Provide timely and complete project status reports to supervisor as requested.
• Work with Google Dialog Flow web-hooks, Agent Development, and creation of Context and Intents.
