About the Role We are looking for a Senior Developer Productivity Engineer to design, build and support the developer workflows and tooling for Valon Engineers. We are embracing AI powered development tools to increase developer productivity. You will anticipate and reduce scaling issue as we quickly grow our already large python monorepo. You will use your product while frequently conversing directly with users to remove friction from the development cycle. Remote applicants welcome.

Requirements

• Experience using AI as part of the development cycle.
• Experience increasing inner and outer loop development efficiency.
• Experience with python.
• Experience writing GitHub Actions and monitoring builds and code.
• Working knowledge of Cloud systems, preferably GCP.
• Knowledge of Frontend tools and builds including node, nextjs and react.
• 4+ years experience in similar role.
