Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer (Oracle R12) to join our enterprise applications & development team. In this role, you’ll take the technical lead in designing, developing, and optimizing solutions that support our complex and evolving business needs. You’ll apply strong technical expertise, governance discipline, and innovative thinking to enhance system capabilities, modernize processes, and help drive our digital transformation. This is a high-impact role for a developer who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys solving challenging problems, and is passionate about building scalable, reliable applications within the Oracle EBS ecosystem. Qualified candidates must be able to work a hybrid schedule at our Bloomington, MN office/facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of Oracle EBS R12 implementation and customization experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical design and development within Oracle EBS R12 or similar platforms.

Nice To Haves

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12 core modules including Financials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Hands-on proficiency with PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms & Reports, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and APEX.
• Proven experience across full software development lifecycle—from requirements and design through deployment and support.
• Deep understanding of ERP integrations, data migration methods, and large-scale system interoperability.
• Strong commitment to structured development, coding standards, and audit-ready documentation.
• Delivered multiple end-to-end projects in manufacturing and enterprise environments.
• Recognized for critical thinking and innovative problem-solving to optimize business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design & develop the creation of custom Oracle EBS R12 solutions that address sophisticated business requirements across Financials, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
• Establish and maintain development standards, ensuring adherence to SDLC methodologies, coding best practices, and documentation requirements.
• Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and scalable production solutions using PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms & Reports, OAF, and APEX.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to enhance development frameworks and introduce innovative tools and approaches.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, CRM, SharePoint, and Data Warehouse systems to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability.
• Drive initiatives to automate processes, improve system performance, and enhance the user experience across enterprise applications.
