About The Position

We are looking for a Senior COBOL & RPG Developer to join our mainframe modernization team, with a focus on supporting cloud-native development teams during the migration of legacy systems to modern platforms. You will play a critical liaison role, bringing deep expertise in COBOL, RPG, JCL, and related mainframe technologies to help cloud engineers interpret, understand, and replatform complex business logic and batch processes. This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of legacy and modern technology stacks.

Requirements

• Exposure to cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and modern technologies like microservices, APIs, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience in hybrid teams involving legacy and cloud modernization.
• Familiarity with API integration, batch-to-stream conversion, or legacy wrapper patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
