As an Intelligent Automation & AI Developer at Boston Scientific, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our HR Automation program into the next generation of agentic, conversational, and AI-assisted workflows. This senior-level role is responsible for designing and delivering automation solutions using both Automation Anywhere A360 and Moveworks AI, combining traditional RPA with next-gen conversational AI and agentic capabilities. You'll work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven transformation, while developing scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that integrate large language models, API driven architectures, and real-time data flows. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our Marlborough, MA or Arden Hills, MN office at least three days per week.
