Requirements

• Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.
• Must have 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation.
• Must have 2 years of experience in Jenkins, including but not limited to the automation of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) processes.
• Must have 2 years of experience in AWS cloud services, capable of designing, deploying, and managing highly available and scalable cloud infrastructures.
• Must have 2 years of experience in using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including code management and automation deployment.
• Must have 2 years of experience in Elasticsearch, including architecture, maintenance, and optimization of search systems.
• Must have 2 years of experience in working in a high concurrency, high availability environment.
• Must have 2 years of experience in collaborating in cross-functional teams and work in an agile manner.
• Must have 2 years of experience in containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth knowledge of Elasticsearch or Kafka, with extensive experience in managing large volumes of data, and the ability to maintain dozens of large clusters.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of ES or Kafka management features, and collaborate with the development department on architecture and functional requirements to create an operations platform that meets business needs.
• Work with the R&D team to develop and implement an operations plan, including a plan for continuous improvement.
• Continuously maintain training documents, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing materials for core services.
• Conduct cutting-edge middleware research and apply it to current systems.
• Train new employees and create plans to gradually enable them to become owners.
• Operate and maintain the self-hosted Elasticsearch (ES) service for the Zoom Platform, ensuring high availability and performance optimization.
• Operate, and maintain an in-house monitoring system to proactively identify and resolve system and application issues.
• Develop, test, and implement the Continuous Delivery (CD) pipeline for deployment automation, enhancing operational efficiency and reliability.
• Manage deployment and continuous monitoring of the async search platform, ensuring scalability and responsiveness to meet business requirements.
• Assess and integrate security measures within the deployment process, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify, design, and implement infrastructure improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
