About The Position

The Senior Desktop Support Specialist at Bridgehead IT is responsible for providing first-level Service Desk support to users, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective technical assistance. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware and software, particularly in Windows-based environments, and the ability to manage a high volume of support requests in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • AA/AS Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field/equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT customer support.
  • Familiarity with Service Desk support methodology.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management and conflict resolution skills.

  • MacOS/iOS knowledge
  • Relevant technical certifications

Responsibilities
