Your responsibilities will include developing conceptual designs, producing detailed architectural plans, and managing client expectations throughout the design process. This position requires a strong ability to communicate design intent, work closely with project teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Strong conceptual design ideation and development for residential, affordable, and mixed-use spaces
• Advanced skills in AutoCAD, 3D programs, and Adobe & Microsoft Suites
• Strong rendering skills and persuasive presentation abilities
• Excellent communication and relational skills, with the ability to work closely with team members and clients
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and precision
• A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• 8-12 years of professional experience in multi-family architecture

Nice To Haves

• experience with hospitality and senior housing
• Registered Architect status

Responsibilities
