We’re looking for a Designer who thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments—someone ready to shape this transformation with big ideas and fearless creativity. This role calls for a strategic and conceptual thinker—someone who can take a brief and push it further, crafting ideas that challenge convention and connect with people in unexpected ways. You’re hands-on with design but comfortable leaning into ambiguity, using your sharp eye for detail and storytelling instincts to bring big ideas to life. You’ll concept, design, and execute across a wide range of touchpoints—social, digital, video, and campaign—while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team. This role is fully remote, with working hours aligned to Central Time.
