This is a fully remote position and can be based anywhere within the U.S. The Senior Graphic Designer is a highly skilled visual communicator responsible for elevating and evolving the organization’s brand across digital and print touchpoints. This role combines expert craft with strategic design thinking—ensuring every asset strengthens brand recognition, communicates with clarity, and reflects a cohesive visual identity. A successful Senior Designer brings deep fluency in brand systems, visual consistency, and storytelling, creating work that is not only attention getting but unmistakably on brand. They help shape the ongoing evolution of design standards, protect the integrity of the visual language, and ensure that creative expression remains fresh, modern, and aligned to enterprise level brand direction. As a senior member of the creative team, this role collaborates closely with art directors, copywriters, and cross functional partners, providing design leadership, contributing to conceptual development, and mentoring junior designers to strengthen overall creative quality.
