The Limited-Time Partnerships Designer for Apparel & Accessories brings Target’s exclusive collaborations to life by translating partnership concepts into innovative, guest-loved apparel and accessory collections. Once Marketing has identified and secured external collaborators (designers, brands, influencers), this role becomes the creative anchor — guiding partners through Target’s product design process and shaping capsule collections that deliver style, value, and excitement. You will design and develop limited-time apparel and accessories assortments, ensure aesthetic and brand alignment, and work cross-functionally with the Home team to create cohesive multi-category partnership experiences. This role requires a blend of visual design talent, multi- aesthetic design fluency, collaboration strength, strong communication skills, and exceptional project leadership.
