About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer (Contract) to translate high-level creative direction into refined, world-class design execution across a portfolio of iconic hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments. This role partners closely with the SVP, Creative Director and internal stakeholders to deliver premium creative assets that reflect the highest standards of luxury branding. The ideal candidate brings exceptional design craft, a strong point of view rooted in luxury aesthetics, and the ability to execute across multiple projects with precision, speed, and consistency. This is a hands-on role focused on concept development through final execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in branding and graphic design, with a strong focus on luxury brands.
  • Portfolio demonstrating premium work across hospitality, luxury retail, fashion, or high-end lifestyle brands.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); working knowledge of Google Suite, Apple Suite, and Figma or similar collaborative tools.
  • Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute creatively, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with branded hotels, luxury resorts, or branded residential developments.
  • Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or content creation.
  • Understanding of experiential branding and environmental design in luxury settings.

Responsibilities

  • Translate creative direction from the SVP, Creative Director into compelling visual concepts and polished design systems.
  • Define and execute aesthetic direction for brand campaigns, property identities, and marketing initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Produce high-quality design work that elevates brand storytelling and guest experience.
  • Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all deliverables, ensuring consistency across digital, print, environmental, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Support the evolution of brand visuals while maintaining alignment with established luxury standards.
  • Design high-impact creative assets including brand identities, campaign creative, graphics, signage, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Guide work from concept and mood boards through final production, ensuring strategic alignment and exceptional execution.
  • Prepare files for print, digital, and environmental applications with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, development, operations, and F&B teams to deliver creative solutions that support business objectives.
  • Present design concepts and creative rationale to internal teams and leadership as needed.
  • Partner with external vendors including photographers, illustrators, printers, and agencies to execute creative deliverables.
  • Manage assigned projects independently, balancing multiple timelines and priorities.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, on brand, and within scope.
  • Stay current on trends in luxury hospitality, residential, lifestyle, food and beverage, experiential design, and branding.
  • Bring fresh ideas and inspiration that elevate creative output and brand relevance.
