About The Position

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the design strategy for a pioneering digital health company. You'll elevate our design system, ensuring that each user experience resonates deeply with patients facing complex health issues. Your work will directly impact how users engage with our digital platforms, enhancing their journey towards recovery while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in product design, brand design, or a hybrid design role.
• Proficient in Figma, Framer, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Portfolio showcasing strong craft and systems thinking across UX, UI, and visual identity.
• Experience designing for consumer health or emotionally sensitive user journeys.
• Ability to translate complexity into clarity in clinical or data-heavy contexts.
• Comfortable with end-to-end processes: research, flows, wireframes, UI, assets.
• Ability to adapt in fast-moving environments where direction evolves quickly.
• High user empathy, particularly for patients navigating chronic symptoms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Mindset that blends speed with intention, valuing patient experience and quality.

Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, intuitive experiences that feel delightful to users.
• Build and scale visual language across product, web, and marketing.
• Create a consistent system that communicates trust, clarity, and compassion.
• Own end-to-end UI for our web experience, onboarding, lab flows, and care plans.
• Translate medically complex concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with PMs, engineering, and clinicians to ship quickly.
• Design high-performing ad assets and landing pages for user acquisition.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system across surfaces.
• Define patterns and frameworks that support rapid design iteration.
