As a Senior Design Program Manager at Roblox, you'll combine expert project management skills with a passion for design to scale design operational excellence across our platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with Design, Product, and Engineering teams at multiple altitudes to successfully orchestrate and manage complex, strategic product design initiatives that enable teams to focus on designing, building, and shipping products. You'll work across the Economy and Ads & Brands product groups —ensuring strong communication, alignment, and effective ways of working together. This role requires someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity and systematic execution, with the ability to drive an org-wide focus on Foundation, Innovation, and Craft while meeting the diverse needs of our consumer ecosystem at Roblox.
