About The Position

Sitting at the intersection of design and technology, this role partners closely with our global creative leaders to transform conceptual ideas into inspiring, tangible experiences. In collaboration with our Creative Leaders, you’ll bring vision to life—whether through motion/video, animation, 3D environments, prototypes, or other immersive formats— helping to reimagine event experiences, jumpstarting advertising concepts, unlocking bold new ways to pitch ideas to our leaders, and more. As a meticulous craftsperson, you’ll bring an exceptional eye for design and detail, a deep understanding of brand and storytelling systems, and the ability to translate principles into every visual and narrative touchpoint. You’ll craft assets and stories with precision—considering composition, pacing, rhythm, and cinematic language—to create work that not only represents the best of us but pushes our brand into fresh, inspiring territory. Every frame, movement, and design choice will be intentional, expressive, and built to energize our marketing and brand engine. No matter how quick the turnaround, your work reflects the highest standards of design excellence and consistency. Even in a tight timeframe, you are not afraid to try new things, push the ideas further, and show work-in-progress to create transparency and encourage collaboration in the effort. As a self-starter, you will thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, can adapt to shifting priorities, and excel when faced with ambiguity. You’ll be a proactive self-starter—someone who takes initiative, leans forward, and can deliver exceptional work with little direction.

Requirements

  • BA/BFA in Design, Art, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of creative experience in-house or agency, ideally within a design-forward, brand-driven environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design, storytelling, and execution across mediums (digital, motion, 3D, experiential)
  • Deep expertise in core design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Keynote/PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in creative AI tools and emerging design technologies, including but not limited to: Google Ultra (Gemini, NotebookLM, Veo3, Whisk, etc.), Adobe Firefly, Runway.ai, ElevenLabs, Canva/Leonardo.ai, and potential Figma AI plug-ins).
  • Familiarity with the following AI tools is a plus: Writer.ai, Midjourney, Sora, and other generative AI image/video and productivity tools
  • Exceptional ability to translate creative vision into visual/motion outputs that resonate with both creatives and executives
  • Strong background in design and systems thinking
  • Experience creating scalable design frameworks that empower global teams to deliver on-brand creative
  • Demonstrated ability to design for both digital (web, email, social) and physical (print, environmental, event) formats
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices
  • Track record of elevating creative work with meticulous attention to craft and detail
  • Proven track record of rapid prototyping and creative problem-solving under tight timelines
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities
  • Thrives in ambiguous situations, working with little direction while maintaining high quality
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Bring creative concepts to life — transforming ideas into compelling visual and experiential outputs
  • Partner with creative leads to rapidly prototype, animate, and visualize concepts for internal and executive presentations, videos, and pitches
  • Develop storytelling that pulls concept art off the page, building immersive experiences that inspire action
  • Act as a bridge between creative ideation and technical execution, translating for both creative teams and business stakeholders
  • Experiment with and implement AI-driven tools and techniques (Gemini, Nano Banana, Runway, Midjourney, etc.) to accelerate concept realization
  • Support creative selling motions to executives and other stakeholders with polished, high-impact deliverables
  • Design across a wide range of mediums (web, social, email, print, environmental, presentations) with consistency and craft
  • Add motion to design across campaigns, videos, events, and product storytelling, ensuring consistency in style and tone
  • Create storyboards, animatics, and narrative frameworks that bring clarity and alignment to early-stage concepts
  • Translate abstract brand strategy into clear, beautiful visual design that resonates globally
  • Collaborate with creative leads to create cohesive marketing executions
  • Refine layouts, typography, color, and hierarchy in executions to ensure clarity, usability, and brand consistency across concepts
