Analog Devices (RTP – Durham, NC) is seeking a Senior Design Evaluation Engineer to own and drive post-silicon validation for advanced analog power ICs (buck, boost, buck-boost, LDO, PMIC). This is a lab-centric, hands-on role for an experienced engineer who thrives in experimental environments, excels at debugging complex silicon/system interactions, and enjoys building robust measurement and automation solutions. This position is focused on post-silicon characterization and validation—partnering closely with IC Design, Test Engineering, and Applications teams to ensure devices meet performance, robustness, and usability expectations prior to release. While you will collaborate cross-functionally, this is not an IC design role and not a customer-facing applications role; your primary impact is internal product validation and technical risk reduction.
