About The Position

We're looking for a Senior Design Engineer to join our Gas Programs team and help shape the future of natural gas transportation. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of designing and supporting natural gas distribution and transmission projects that serve communities across the Midwest. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to turn ideas into reality—developing facility layouts, designing measurement and regulation systems, and ensuring every project meets rigorous industry standards and safety requirements. Your technical expertise will be key in guiding project planning and execution, and you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of energy initiatives that make a real difference. This hybrid role includes occasional travel throughout Cincinnati, OH for site visits and meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or petroleum engineering.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in natural gas utilities.
• Valid driver's license for project site visits.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in pipeline and/or facility design.
• Familiarity with measurement and regulation systems.
• Registration as an EIT (Engineer-In-Training) or Professional Engineer.
