SENIOR DESIGN CONSULTANT (IN-HOME SALES) Bathroom Remodeling | Orange County, CA Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County This Is Not a Starter Sales Role This opportunity is for experienced, proven in-home sales professionals who know how to walk into a home, establish credibility quickly, guide a confident design conversation, and close high-value projects with integrity. Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is a fast-growing, locally owned bathroom remodeling company specializing in premium products, professional installations, and a disciplined, ethical sales process. Our lead flow is consistent, our operations are solid, and we are selectively adding top-tier Design Consultants to our team. If you already win in the home and want better leads, stronger support, and more upside, this role deserves your attention. As a Senior Design Consultant, you will conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners who are actively exploring bathroom remodeling. Requirements

You have 2-3 years of in-home sales experience, home improvement preferred
You are comfortable selling projects in the $10K to $30K+ range
You understand consultative selling rather than scripted pressure
You present polished, organized, and confident in the home
You are comfortable with technology including iPad presentations and digital contracts
You care about close rate, client experience, and professional reputation
