Duties and Tasks: Leads the planning and ensures monitoring and control for assigned development programs Responsible for Cost, Schedule, and Technical performance for all engineering efforts Ensures all project deliverables are developed with high quality and delivered on time Manages the engineering related risks and opportunities of the program Conducts monthly Engineering Status Reviews Manages the resolution of technical issues Ensures that team members are recognized for their contributions Takes immediate & decisive action in dealing with technical & performance issues Assists in Proposal and ROM development
