About The Position

As a Senior Deployment Success Manager at Workday, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Workday Success Plan Deployment Services. You will be an integral part of the Workday Success Plans (WSP) team, delivering unparalleled Workday experiences to our valued customers. This role requires deep expertise in HCM, Financials, and industry best practices, focusing on leading and managing mid to large deployments while resolving complex issues creatively and effectively.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience deploying Workday in a Project Management Capacity in FSI, Higher Ed, or State & Local Governments.
• 5+ years of experience in project management with HCM, Student, Payroll, or Financial implementations.
• 5+ years of experience leading deployments of Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday HCM and/or Financials product suite.
• Work in a diverse, fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams.
• Provide guidance to client resources during customer deployments.
• Juggle multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
• Review and assess projects to ensure they are on schedule per defined project timeline.
• Confirm that the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW.
• Collaborate with the Workday Success Plans account team to deliver overall value.
• Act as a liaison for sales and partner relations by providing partner implementation success data.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $129,600 - $194,400 for primary location.
• Base salary range of $123,100 - $218,800 for additional US locations.
• Eligibility for the Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus.
• Annual refresh stock grants.
