About The Position

As a Senior Demo Engineer ,you will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining scalable demo environments that showcase our platform capabilities. You’ll focus on using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and CI/CD automation to ensure reliable, repeatable, and cost-efficient deployments that support sales, marketing, and product initiatives. This role is hands-on, emphasizing infrastructure automation and operational excellence over demo design. You’ll collaborate with Product, Field Engineering, and Product Marketing to ensure our demo systems are always up-to-date, performant, and easily deployable. Impact Your work ensures that demo environments are always ready for use, resilient under load, and easy to deploy on-demand. You’ll help reduce setup time, improve reliability, and enable field teams to focus on delivering impactful demos rather than maintaining infrastructure.

Requirements

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Expert proficiency with tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similar.
• Scripting & Version Control: Strong skills in Git, Linux, and automation scripting (Bash, PowerShell).
• CI/CD & Automation: Deep experience with continuous integration and deployment workflows.
• Cloud Architecture: High-level understanding of networking, IAM, and secure cloud reference architectures.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficient in at least one major public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Full Stack Development: Hands-on experience with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, databases, and message queues.
• Candidates should possess a minimum of three years of experience in GitOps practices and Terraform deployments within multi-cloud environments.
• Self-Motivated & Proactive: Owns tasks, identifies priorities, and drives to completion independently.
• Resilience under Pressure: Thrives in demanding, high-pressure environments, handling deadlines and challenges effectively and calmly.
• Problem-Solver: Analytical, persistent, and solution-oriented for complex infrastructure issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable demo environments using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions and GitOps processes.
• Translate objectives and goals from product and field teams into hands-on labs, demos, and event scenarios.
• Write and maintain setup scripts (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, user-data) and configure demo assets for repeatable deployment.
• Document environment designs and dependencies
• Collaborate with architects, product SMEs, and field engineers throughout the ideation and development process.
• Identify and communicate risks, limitations, or architectural gaps discovered during prototyping.
