About The Position

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Demand Planner to join our team. In this critical role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing accurate demand forecasts to drive supply chain efficiency and support company growth. This position will engage closely with cross-functional teams, lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) efforts, and contribute to process improvements across demand planning functions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing operation.
Proficiency with demand planning software, statistical forecasting tools, and data visualization software (e.g., Excel, SAP IBP, Tableau).
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with statistical or machine learning techniques in demand forecasting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain advanced demand forecasts, incorporating historical data, market trends, and statistical methods.
Collaborate with supply chain teams to synchronize inventory and demand planning, ensuring minimal overstock and stockouts.
Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to gather inputs for demand plans, leading monthly IBP meetings to ensure alignment.
Create and maintain dashboards to monitor forecast accuracy and provide actionable insights.
Lead demand planning process improvements, implementing new tools and methodologies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
