Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience in SCM or related field.
• Strong understanding of global supply chain, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines to meet deliverables and partner expectations.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to influence using data.
• Demonstrated success in taking initiative and multi-tasking in a high pressure environment.
• Strong relationship builder able to work within cross functional teams.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Solid business acumen.

Nice To Haves

• APICs certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead CPFR meetings to generate and align forecasts with Best Buy.
• Review Forecasts internally weekly with all stakeholders.
• Lead weekly dashboard meetings to monitor key performance indicators to help identify issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Root cause issues driving misses to our KPIs and develop action plans to correct.
• Manage forecasts, identify potential risks, and help to drive sales growth for Best Buy.
• Maximize direct shipments for Best Buy.
• Responsible for Best Buy forecasting and ordering which will impact production and inbounds from global factory subsidiaries.
• Develop excel tools to better manage customer warehouse level inventory.
• Implement new technologies such as machine learning forecasting.
• Monitor key KPIs to identify potential risks and think of ways to improve our performance.
• Daily communication with customer and internal stakeholders to address day to day issues.
• Negotiate with customer as well as internal stakeholders to drive and implement process improvements.
