As the Sr Demand Generation Manager at SmartChoice, you'll be responsible for creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline growth. You'll own strategy, execution, and measurement across paid media, email, events, and content syndication—building programs that connect with CEOs, CIOs, and CTOs in enterprise markets. This is a high-impact role where success is measured not just by impressions and clicks, but by pipeline contribution and revenue influence. You'll collaborate closely with Sales and Partnerships teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximize ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably in SaaS, telecom, or technology.
  • Proven track record of building campaigns that generate measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and HubSpot.
  • Experience designing and executing ABM programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns at once.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnels, pipeline metrics, and campaign attribution.
  • Ability to write and edit campaign messaging that resonates with technical and executive buyers.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute campaigns that drive qualified leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (paid social, paid search, ABM, events, webinars, email, content syndication).
  • Partner with sales leadership to define target audiences, lead scoring, and campaign follow-up strategies.
  • Develop account-based marketing programs targeting enterprise organizations with multiple locations.
  • Track funnel performance (MQL → SQL → Opps) and present results with clear ROI insights.
  • Work across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Support teams to develop assets that support campaigns.
  • Own demand gen budget and manage external vendors/agencies as needed.
  • Run A/B tests, refine targeting, and experiment with new channels to improve conversion and efficiency.
