About The Position

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will lead Shippo’s demand generation strategy, driving acquisition and pipeline creation for our mid-market, enterprise and platform segments. You’ll develop multi-channel campaigns, refine lead scoring and nurturing, and deliver measurable impact on revenue. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, content, product, and sales to ensure campaigns resonate with target personas and accelerate the buyer journey.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive revenue.
  • Experience marketing to mid-market and enterprise companies.
  • Experience working with APIs, logistics software or technical products is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of ABM, lead nurturing, and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to improve results.
  • Ability to prioritize and efficiently communicate marketing goals and results to diverse audiences including your team, executive leadership, and the company as a whole.
  • 7+ years of experience working in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own Shippo’s demand generation strategy and campaign calendar to deliver against growth and pipeline targets.
  • Build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, events, content syndication, ABM, and more).
  • Lead lead-scoring and nurturing programs to improve funnel conversion rates.
  • Work closely with sales to ensure campaign alignment, enablement, and reporting on pipeline attribution.
  • Responsible for the API revenue OKR and for SQL OKR, and owns the outcome all the way to close-won.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize website conversion rates to improve business outcomes.
  • Manage demand generation budget and allocate spend to maximize ROI.
  • Use data to track KPIs, identify insights, and optimize performance.
  • Own demand gen tech stack, partnering with RevOps to ensure strong data flow.
