About The Position
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Delivery Manager to lead high-performance software delivery across our global teams. This full-time, onsite role in Dunwoody, GA will be responsible for ensuring delivery velocity, quality, and alignment across distributed teams and stakeholders. Requirements
- Proven experience leading teams of 30+ across onshore and offshore/nearshore locations.
- Strong track record of delivery management in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of agile practices and distributed team dynamics.
- Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Solid understanding of full-stack delivery, DevOps, and cloud-native workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 30+ resources, including both onshore and offshore/nearshore.
- Drive end-to-end software delivery execution with a focus on velocity, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with leadership to align delivery goals with business objectives.
- Oversee project execution across implementation, enhancements, upgrades, migrations, and production support.
- Promote best practices in agile delivery and distributed team collaboration.
- Ensure effective use of modern delivery, DevOps, and monitoring tools to optimize productivity.
