This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners. Position Summary: POM Horizontal Service Delivery Lead: Resource needed to manage the mainframe services portfolio, JIRA usage, and internal customer liaison/engagement manager. This job is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of Mainframe Services deliverables (funded or base big rock) which requires engagement across multiple internal and/or external organizations. Key responsibilities include matrix leadership of Mainframe Services project managers, managing the Mainframe Services portfolio, running the Portfolio Cabinet, communicating target outcomes, overseeing delivery, and providing visibility of program health. The job is responsible for overseeing the BAU Mainframe Services use of JIRA in support of the Product Operating Model. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Technology Program and Project planning, risk management
  • 2+ years of JIRA
  • Program and project budgeting and financial governance
  • Strong leadership skills to lead project teams to deliver the technology solution with quality, on-time, and within budget
  • Strong communication skills to communicate program/project status, issues and risks effectively and clearly at all levels, including key stakeholders and executives
  • Experience with Enterprise Change Governance policies and standards including the Permits process
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Highly organized, ability to simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle numerous time-sensitive issues

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
