Position Summary: This role is responsible for the planning, coordinating, delivery, and executive engagement for the Legal initiatives portfolio. The Sr. Delivery Lead in this position will drive establishing the end-to-end, full year plans for the projects within the portfolio, the risk review routines, and the executive/business report-out routines. Within the CAL Technology team, leaders in this type of delivery position will require a high-level technical acumen in order to help identify and track key deliverables and milestones, early risk indicators, and understand the direct connection into the business objectives we are committed to drive.

Requirements

  • Experience facilitating executive-facing routines.
  • 3-5 years in a Sr. enablement role.
  • Superior communication skills, ability to navigate the matrix and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to apply technical capabilities/advances to improve processes and ensure excellent client experience.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and effectively escalate to reach acceptable resolution.
  • Experience with metrics and real-time reporting via Jira dashboards.
  • Ability to align and manage resources to deliver business results.
  • Establish expectations through effective communication, delegation, and follow up.
  • Experience with complex problem solving and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Highly organized, purposeful, and diligent with the ability to work in both a structured environment and handle ambiguity.
  • High level of competency and experience managing large production platforms and processes.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of complex processes required to drive change (e.g., CGA, 3rd party management, etc.).

Nice To Haves

  • Process centric change management methodologies (i.e., Lean Six Sigma, Process Design/Architecture, Operational Excellence).
  • Project/Program Management.
  • Advanced Service Delivery execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products to analyze and articulate progress and business outcomes, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to examine data from multiple sources and ensure that a concise accurate result is produced.
  • Proficiency leveraging Jira and Jira dashboards.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating the target outcomes and data-driven progress towards those outcomes.
  • Coordinating delivery across multiple teams within GT and the Legal division.
  • Helping teams identify, understand, and prescriptively manage risks.
  • Creating visibility and transparency into key aspects driving the health of the programs.
