Requirements

3+ years of Project/Delivery Management experience with back-end teams.
Strong technical background with understanding of microservices and system integration.
Knowledge in the finance domain and experience with banking integrations.
Experience managing Agile development teams of 5+ people.
Excellent knowledge of Agile practices and tools, including Atlassian.
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in documenting processes and tracking project management tools.

Responsibilities

Manage the back-end engineering team and oversee the development roadmap.
Lead and improve delivery processes such as release planning and backlog grooming.
Facilitate communication and meetings to ensure project efficiency.
Motivate team members to work collaboratively and efficiently.
Work closely with business stakeholders to keep everyone informed on the state of delivery.
Support new tools and systems evaluation and implementation.
