About The Position

In this role you will be proficient in manipulating and analyzing data for financial reporting, forecasting, and data analysis. You will enhance and automate existing processes and products, develop new processes and reporting packages, and deal with ad hoc requests and deliverables as is customary for a growing and changing organization. You will work closely with the financial and accounting team, providing financial analysis support to various areas of the health system. You should be highly proficient in analyzing financial data, determining economic, statistical, and financial risks, and organizing data files, as well as Microsoft Office Suite. You will need to be able to work with other functional groups and work independently with minimal supervision, downloading/uploading and merging files, and be agile to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business.
• 5-7 years of strong experience in technical and systems skills with advanced data and database manipulation skills, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Healthcare knowledge is a plus.
• Experience developing detailed forecasts, budgets, and service line pro-formas.
