The Opportunity As a Senior Analyst on the Digital & Member Marketing Analytics team, you will provide decision support for our new member onboarding, ongoing member engagement, and digital marketing performance initiatives (paid, owned, earned media). This role plays a critical part in shaping how members engage with USAAA from the very first interaction onward. This role is deeply focused on digital journeys & member behavior, translating complex datasets into actionable insights that directly influence campaign strategy, experience optimization, and member growth outcomes. You will partner closely with marketing product and channel teams to identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and long-term value. We are looking for an individual that operates independently, brings strong marketing analytics rigor/curiosity, and has extensive experience in digital journey analytics. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week.
