The role also includes monitoring casino gaming activity to assist in reaching profitability and guest satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must hold 6 years of table games experience.
  • Must be fast and accurate in handling cash.
  • Six months of experience in customer service field preferred.
  • Prior poker experience or successful completion of poker school required.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a basic math test and pass an audition displaying adequate poker skills.
  • Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations.
  • Must possess good manual dexterity for handling chips, cards, and money.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move easily around the pit area and entire property.
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas with second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels.
  • Must be physically mobile with the ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves
