The position involves providing customer service to all guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable, which promotes return visits. As a dealer, you must be able to deal multiple games while ensuring game protection in accordance with policy and procedures. The role also requires filling in as a supervisor when needed, supervising dealers, protecting the integrity of the game, assisting guests, and enforcing procedures related to games. You will need to maintain dealer skills and provide encouragement to ensure a fun and professional working environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of Table Games experience within the last 10 years.
  • Fast and accurate in handling cash.
  • Six months of experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete a basic math test and pass an audition.
  • Quick and accurate in performing mathematical computations for determining winners and losers.
  • Good manual dexterity for handling chips, cards, and money.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make calm, rational decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move easily around the pit area and entire property for the entire shift.
  • Ability to tolerate areas with second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to all guests, ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience.
  • Deal multiple games while ensuring game protection according to policy and procedures.
  • Fill in as a supervisor when needed.
  • Supervise dealers and protect the integrity of the game.
  • Assist guests and enforce procedures related to games.
  • Complete necessary documentation to track guests’ play and issue complimentary items within set guidelines.
  • Encourage staff and set high expectations for a fun and professional working environment.
