About The Position

The Senior Database Programmer/Analyst at South Texas College of Law is responsible for providing technical support for the Ellucian Banner Financial Aid and Finance modules. This role involves writing, updating, and maintaining systems to meet specific job and reporting requirements, assisting end users with the optimization of these systems, and developing interfaces and integrations between various administrative and instructional systems. The position also includes performing software system testing and validation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Development, or a related field.
• 60 months of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional.
• 5 years of experience managing Ellucian Banner.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Ellucian Banner Financial Aid and Finance modules.
• Write, update, and maintain Banner and Argos for specific jobs or reporting requirements.
• Assist end users with the use and optimization of functional aspects of Ellucian Banner Finance and Financial Aid modules.
• Develop and maintain interfaces and integrations between various administrative and instructional systems.
• Perform software system testing and validation.
