We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud Database Platform Engineer to join our team. As a DBE, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our database systems to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in database development, performance tuning, cloud platforms, and automation. This role involves developing technical documents, coaching developers, assisting application teams, and creating functional and non-functional requirements. The DBE will build scalable database solutions using AWS services, develop Infrastructure as Code (IAC) modules using Terraform, and create database CI/CD pipelines. As a DBE, mentoring junior members of the team is expected. On-call availability is required.
