About The Position

AttainX, Inc. is seeking a Certified PostgreSQL Database Administrator with deep federal experience to support DHS and ICE mission-critical systems. The Senior DBA will lead large-scale data modeling, warehousing, and migration efforts in AWS and Oracle/SQL Server environments, collaborating with government stakeholders and system integrators.

Requirements

• Individual must possess a Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Certified PostgreSQL DBA (CPSBA, PostgreSQL Database Administration Certified Professional, or EDB PostgreSQL 13 Professional). Applications without a certification will not be considered.
• 8+ years of AWS RDMS, Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• 5+ years of Informatica experience working with IICS, PowerCenter, and IDQ.
• Experience leading data modeling, data warehousing, and data migration.
• SQL proficiency working with WebADI’s and API’s.
• In-depth knowledge of financial, procurement, and asset management data and systems.
• Ability to collaborate with other contractors supporting the DHS JPMO and ICE customer Components as well as the SI (System Integrator) contractor, hosting support, and current system support.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust clearance required.

• Preferably federal experience and have DHS background and client experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing an organization's databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and accessibility by managing database systems, workflows, implementing security measures, monitoring performance, and troubleshooting issues related to data storage and access.
• Ensure that the common operating environment is compliant with the Agency enterprise architecture.
