About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Database Administrator to provide advanced system leadership and global support to our client in Cincinnati, OH. This role serves as the primary CMMS authority, with elevated system access and responsibility for governance, configuration, and long-term asset strategy. Unlike site-level planners, this position focuses on back-end system management, data integrity, asset lifecycle oversight, job plan standardization, and capital planning support. The CMMS Administrator partners with operations, engineering, reliability, and leadership teams to drive consistency, optimize system performance, and strengthen enterprise-wide maintenance and asset management processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience in CMMS administration and asset management leadership.
  • 5+ years of advanced CMMS experience (e.g., IBM Maximo and/or SAP), including system configuration, user access management, governance, and enterprise-level reporting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in asset lifecycle management, job plan strategy, and capital planning support within large, multi-site operations.
  • Experience managing global or multi-site CMMS environments, with the ability to standardize processes and ensure data integrity across locations.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to guide site teams, influence best practices, and drive continuous system and process improvements.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years of IT programming or development experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the global CMMS system administrator, managing configuration, user access, governance, and data standards.
  • Lead asset management strategy, including asset hierarchy design, lifecycle tracking, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Develop and standardize job plan libraries and maintenance templates across sites.
  • Support capital planning efforts through asset data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide advanced reporting, dashboards, and KPI analysis to support executive and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with site teams to implement best practices, drive system improvements, and support major projects or system enhancements.
