Senior Data Scientist Location: Chantilly, VATeam: TELECOM We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist who thrives in complex, mission-critical environments and is passionate about turning data into strategic advantage. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field OR an additional 4 years of experience is required
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based analytics platforms (AWS or Azure)
- Proven expertise in machine learning and AI applications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Nice To Haves
- AWS or Azure data certifications, DASCA, or equivalent credentials
- Advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and visualization
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience designing streamlined, efficient workflows
- Strong background in process optimization, compliance, and performance improvement
