Requirements

  • Experience and expertise in large deep learning models, including DL model training & deployment, LLM prompt engineering & fine-tuning, NLP, and multi-modality modeling
  • Expertise in Agentic AI design & development;
  • Solid programming skills of Python and experience in working with large volumes of data.
  • PhD degree in computer science, statistics, data science, mathematics or other discipline (e.g., electrical engineering, economics, operations research)
  • Industrial experience (2+ years) in recommendation systems, marketing, advertising, or relevant areas is preferred.
  • Strong academic and publication record is required (NeurIPS, ICML, EMNLP, ACL, ICLR, AAAI, IJCAI, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, KDD etc.).
  • Option 1- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 2- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field.
  • Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and/or fine-tune state-of-the-art deep learning models, LLMs, and multimodal models to support e-commerce marketing and advertising applications, such as ads creative generation & evaluation, and personalized recommendations.
  • Build agentic systems that power marketing and advertising systems, including agentic system design, agent2agent communication, routing/orchestration, and agent evaluation
  • Processing complicated and large-scale datasets using distributed computing platform, extracting insights from data, and optimizing business metrics.
  • Develop visuals and reports that succinctly convey model outcomes, benefits, and insights to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to seamlessly transition AI innovations into scalable and reliable operational solutions.
  • Maintain world-class academic credentials through patent applications, publications, conference presentations, and external collaboration and service to the research community.
