We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to help build a world-class Finance organization by leveraging Oura’s data and AI capabilities. This role will partner closely with our Finance and FP&A teams to drive financial efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and long-term value creation through data-driven insights and scalable data systems. Your work will help Oura better understand and optimize cost structure, revenue growth, and customer lifetime value, directly influencing strategic and operational financial decisions. You will play a key role in shaping our data and AI strategy for finance analytics, collaborating with teams across finance, data engineering, operations, and product. This role requires a strong data engineering foundation initially — unifying financial data from Oura’s ERP and other upstream business systems — to create an integrated, trustworthy financial data layer. Over time, the role will evolve toward more advanced analytics and ML modeling, such as predictive revenue forecasting, LTV modeling, and scenario-based cost optimization. This is a remote role based in the U.S. We have offices in San Francisco and San Diego for those who prefer hybrid or office settings, and employee hubs including New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, Seattle, and more.
