Join us at 84.51°! __________________________________________________________ This role will play a meaningful part in advancing measurement infrastructure, supporting Objective Based Measurement (OBM), research towards innovating the BCC construct, and contributing to ambiguous, exploratory work tied to these future allocation capabilities. This is a highly technical, research-oriented role designed for a DSR who thrives in uncertainty, can operate across measurement, allocation, and reporting domains, and is comfortable owning pieces of foundational science and infrastructure rather than narrowly scoped analyses. This position is critical to maintaining and advancing BCC’s measurement credibility while enabling future research and allocation capabilities. The work will shape how impact is measured, understood, and trusted across Loyalty & Incentives’ partners and clients.

  • Clearly articulate tradeoffs, assumptions, and limitations in measurement approaches
  • Support or lead discovery work for LCM as a Promised Benefit, where we aim to understand how our allocation sciences can be redesigned to better drive value across earned households
  • Contribute to research efforts with loosely defined problem statements, operating effectively in open-ended discovery phases
  • Translate analytical findings into implications for targeting, execution, and measurement strategy
  • Support model lifecycle activities including retraining, monitoring, and maintenance where relevant
  • Potentially contribute to forecasting, expectation-adjacent work, or allocation-informed measurement efforts
  • Collaborate effectively with allocation, measurement, product, and engineering partners
