Requirements

• Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
• Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Python and Machine learning platforms; SQL and relational databases; Machine Learning techniques for supervised and unsupervised learning across various datasets; Measuring, evaluating, and testing models; Deploying and maintaining machine learning services in production; and Advanced data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data science and machine learning solutions to analyze data for CarGurus.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to supply training and inference data for models, using SQL and Snowflake
• collaborate with members of team and support deployed models to production
• measure the impact of models and build A/B tests
• collaborate with other data scientists, machine learning engineers, and business stakeholders
• communicate solutions to technical and non-technical audience
• organize technical evaluations applicable to CarGurus by working with latest machine learning research tools and technologies.
