As a Senior Data Scientist, you will partner with internal stakeholders to better understand their business needs, and will be responsible for dissecting business problems, proposing quantitative solutions, analyzing business partners’ needs, and developing data driven solutions to improve and achieve business objectives. Location: Working Remote USA In this role you will: Build advanced quantitative / statistical / machine learning algorithms and perform analyses on a variety of datasets to identify trends, patterns, correlation / causations and predict future business outcomes Build and deploy prototype solutions to showcase ideas and proof of concepts and transition these prototype products to production according to company standards Perform validation, testing, and documentation of newly developed predictive models. Assist in maintaining existing models and data product Facilitate conversations and effectively communicate with team members and business partners. Involve others in decision making and take input from others when making complex decisions Responsible for advancing relevant, informative, and user-friendly insights to help inform and influence strategic decisions across all our businesses Become a subject matter expert and trusted adviser in data science Mentor junior team members and foster an environment of learning and inclusion.
